⚠️ CAUTION 🔥 SPICY ❗ Sweet and Spicy Habanero Pineapple Hot Sauce 🌶 Starts out sweet but the heat will kick in! Add less hot peppers to tone down the heat. You can substitute a few spicy peppers for sweet red, yellow or orange peppers!

Instructions

Step 1
Chop the garlic cloves and shallot. Shred the carrots.
Step 2
Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium high heat. Add the carrots, shallots and garlic. Cook 3 to 5 minutes to soften.
Step 3
Remove the stems of the habeneros, jalapeños and hot seranos. Make sure to use gloves when handling and avoid touching your eyes, nose or face!
Step 4
Add all of the peppers, canned pineapple with juice, roma tomatoes, apple cider vinegar and white vinegar to the pot. You can add less canned pineapple if you prefer the sauce to be less sweet!
Step 5
Boil for 20 minutes. Add more white vinegar if sauce is too sweet, based on your preference. Let cool.
Step 6
Blend in the pot with an emulsifier, or blend in a mixer.
Step 7
Pour (carefully) into a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks!
