Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour yeast and salt in food processor, blitz a few times, add butter a little at a time, then add water
Step 2
Lightly knead until combined ~60 seconds, let rise for 2 hours
Step 3
Preheat oven to 550
Step 4
Divide into 2 balls, fold over themselves and let rest ~15 minutes
Step 5
Shape into 12 inch ball with roller and pull/slap technique
Step 6
Line pizza with sause all the way to edge
Step 7
Cook for 10 minutes
