Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180?C.

Line a baking tin with baking paper

3 Combine the oats, nuts, seeds and salt in a bowl.

? Blitz the bananas, eggs and honey in a blender for 2 minutes, until smooth.

5 Pour the banana and egg mixture into the bowl with the oats and mix well to fully combine.

6 Fold in the blueberries and raspberries with a spoon. 7 Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 8
Place on a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
