½ cupchickpeas
3tomatoes
Roasted and quartered
0.5apple
diced
1 tspharissa
2 tsptahini
mixed with 1 t
water
Salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For baked chickpeas
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. prepare the chickpeas by covering a baking tray chickpeas and sprinkling with olive oil, salt, pepper, ground mint and paprika. When ready, bake/roast the chickpeas for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the other ingredients by dicing the apple and slicing the tomatoes into fourths
Step 3
Combine the tahini with water and place on a half a plate, spread harissa on the other half.
