Instructions

Step 1
Pat the steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in an oven safe skillet over high heat. Add the steak and sear on each side for two minutes. Turn oven to broil and let steak cook to desired doneness.

Add vinaigrette ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4
To assemble, layer lettuce, tomatoes, egg, red onion, and jalapeños in a salad bowl. Top with sliced steak and vinaigrette.
