Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Mix the 1/3 cup Xylitol and 2 tsp cinnamon together in a small bowl & set aside

3. Mix the following ingredients together in a large bowl:1 1/2 cups of oat flour (use gluten-free oat flour if necessary), 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4cup of stevia in the raw

4. Mix the following ingredients together in a small bowl: 2 egg whites, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

5. Add the mixture from step 3 into the mixture from step 4 6. Coat an 8X8 dish to prevent sticking and pour about 1/2 of the batter into the dish

7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture (from step 2) onto the batter in the dish.

8. Add the remaining batter to the pan & sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture on top

9. Draw a knife through the batter to marble

10. Bake for 24-28 min
Step 10
11. Let cool for at least 10 min before cutting.
