Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon and cut into chunks. Toss breadcrumbs in the 2 tbs of bacon fat
Step 2
Melt butter, stir in garlic and flour and cook 4-5 minutes, then turn burner off
Step 3
Heat milk slowly, then work into flour mixture and heat until bubbly. Cook 4-5 minutes stirring constantly until thick then add paprika
Step 4
Cook pasta and mix with sauce
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350
Step 6
In a baking 9x13 baking dish layer pasta/sauce mixture with cheese. On top later add bacon and bread crumbs
Step 7
Bake covered for 35-40 min. In the last 15 min take off lid to crisp up top. Or broil to crisp top.
