No Sugar No Flour Banana "bread" Muffins

Bright Line Eating Banana "bread" Muffins are no sugar and no flour. Healthy, natural, whole foods combined to create a delicious breakfast. They're even travel friendly. Store in the fridge for one week OR after cooling from baking place in the freezer until ready to eat. Reheat in the microwave for one minute. Or reheat in the Air Fryer 5 minutes or less. 1 muffin is a BLE breakfast serving.

Instructions

Step 1
Using a digital food scale weigh out all dry ingredients. Place in a medium to large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Peel and weigh Bananas until 24 ounces are reached on digital food scale.
Step 3
Take a fork and mashed bananas, I like to use a plate and then place mashed bananas in with the dry ingredients.
Step 4
Next add Vanilla Extract. If you prefer add dōTERRA essential oils: 6 drops dōTERRA Madagascar Vanilla essential oil AND 10 drops dōTERRA Wild Orange or OnGuard essential oil.
Step 5
Mix everything together by hand.
Step 6
Place one cup of banana muffin mixture in Silicone Mould for 4.5 inch Layer Cake Pan Round Set of 4
Step 7
Optional: Topping each muffin with an ounce of whole nuts: pecans or walnuts
Step 8
Second Option: Topping each muffin with an ounce of diced/chopped fruit: Apple or Strawberries or leave whole Blueberries.
