Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl whisk together half cup of pancake mix with half cup of water and set aside
Step 2
In a separate bowl combine ingredients for the egg scramble and set aside
Step 3
Bring to a medium heat two large pans
Step 4
Pour egg scramble mix into a greased pan and stir occasionally then plate
Step 5
Pour pancake mix into 4 decreasing size pancakes and plate serve with fruit
