Pea Salad

5 steps
Prep:20min
This one’s been a holiday tradition in my family all my life. As with any low carb dish you have to be aware of what is in the ingredients. Many mayos have added sugars, as do many of not most prepackaged foods. So keep an eye out for those added sugars. Or better yet make your own. Then you control what’s in it. Also, all the spices in this recipe are really to taste I through measurements in to help but I’m really not sure how much I use (probably a lot more), but if these are not enough you can always add more. Where as it’s really hard to take it back out.
