Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°
Step 2
Combine milk and egg in a mixing bowl with a fork, then add seasoning, parsley, and onion mix.
Step 3
Add in bread crumbs, mix well then add beef and mix together.
Step 4
Shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
Meanwhile
Step 5
In a small bowl mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard together.
Step 6
Pour on top of the meatloaf after 50 minutes and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until done.
Enjoy!
Step 7
Let cool for about 5 minutes and remove from the pan to a serving plate and slice.
Step 8
Serve with mashed potatoes and a choice of vegetables. Enjoy!
