Ingredients

1tin chickpeas
1hot smoked salmon fillet
0.25cucumber
green olives
3 spearsTenderstem broccoli
2 Tbspedamame beans
1 Tbsppickled red onions
Sprouts
or cress
spinach

For the dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 200c fan.
Step 2
Drain and dry your chickpeas well (Gently rub between a kitchen towel)
Step 3
Season the chickpeas with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.
Step 4
Grab a non stick baking tray, pour in. a single layer and roast for 15 - 20 minutes until golden and crispy, mixing from time to time.
Step 5
Prep a separate tray with a few broccoli spears on to roast too for around 5 - 10 minutes
Step 6
Make the dressing by whizzing together the ingredients listed above.
Step 7
Layer up all of the ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
