Instructions

Step 1
Cook beef in 1 lt water, and high slow-cook it for 2 hours (medium done).
Step 2
Cook beef offals in separate pan with spices (cloves, cinnamon, cardamon) - 20 minutes (medium done)
Step 3
Sauté blended spices, add salt and cumin powder.
Step 4
Add smashed ginger, galangal and lemongrass.
Step 5
Add cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and salt again.
Step 6
Add beef broth and low-heat cook for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Took the spicies away, and add the meat. Boild until tender.
Step 8
Add coconut milk, put to boil.
