Instructions
Step 1
1-bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Step 2
2-add the olive oil, crushed pepper, salt and garlic to a skillet large enough to hold the finished dish. Put the heat to low sauté for 2 minutes until the garlic releases their aroma do not burn the garlic, remove the skillet from the heat
Step 3
3-cook the spaghetti 2 minutes short of done
Step 4
4-remove 1 cup of pasta water but only add 1/2-cup to the skillet put the medium strain the pasta add it to the skillet toss this all together for 2 minutes. Add more pasta water if needed
Step 5
5-toss in the parsley
Step 6
6-remove from the heat wait 1 minute add the cheese and toss
