Instructions

Step 1
Combine yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate
Step 2
Prepare tzatziki sauce by grating cucumber. Gather cucumber and place in paper towel to drain the water from it.
Step 3
Place cucumber in bowl, add yogurt, garlic, dill, red wine vinegar, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate.
Step 4
Cook chicken. Warm pita bread on oven.
Step 5
Assemble gyro- tzatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, chicken.
