Step 1
(This recipe was inspired from the "Baked Oatmeal Cups" as shown on the Tasty App) 1. Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
2. Place all ingredients excluding oats, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt into a large bowl. Whisk until combined 3. Add remaining ingredients. Stir quickly until combined (make sure everything is fully hydrated).
4. Pour mixture into muffin tins (greased or with cupcake liners) and add toppings of choice (highly recommended)
5. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the middle springs back when gently pressed
