Step 1
Cook onion and carrot until golden, add smoked bacon. When bacon starts to brown add brussels sprouts. Season with spices. Cook until brussels sprouts are almost done then add cooking cream and cook additional 5 minutes.
Step 2
Serve with cooked pasta such as penne.
