Poultry Dressing
Old family recipe and a family favorite. Cook it inside or outside the bird!
The recipe is based on a 20lb turkey.
Pointers:
-Allow the same amount of stuffing for a turkey weighing 20 lbs. or more because the abdominal cavities of large birds are the same size. The bird's weight is from added meat on the carcass.
-Freezing the prepared stuffing is not recommended as this will add moisture when thawed and a bitter flavor.

The night before, tear the bread into cubes and let dry overnight
Step 2
The stuffing is best mixed immediately prior to use. If necessary to prep ahead of time, refrigerate until ready to use.
