Instructions

Step 1
Warm up some oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic, olives, anchovies, capers, chillies and chopped parsley and cook until the anchovy fillets melt.
Step 2
Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer until it reaches the desired consistency. Mix in some pasta water before adding the pasta.
