0.5daikon radish
1chinese eggplant
1banana pepper
12okra
mustard greens

Instructions
Step 1
Boil defrosted pork belly in large pot, uncovered, on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel taro and radish. Cut taro to size and radish into thick slices. Cut eggplant into chunks.
Step 3
Turn heat down to a simmer for 30 more minutes. Add sinigang mix powder.
Step 4
Add in radish and taro. Continue to simmer for an hour
Step 5
Add in eggplant and the pepper. Let simmer for another hour.
Step 6
Add in okra, Chinese broccoli, and the long green beans and let stew for 15 mins for before serving.
