Instructions

Step 1
To a pot, add in water, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and sea salt.
Step 2
Bring to a boil then immediately reduce to a simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
To a sterilized mason jar or glass jar with lid, add the sliced onions and then pour over the vinegar mixture in.
Step 4
Safely seal the lid, making sure it is airtight and give it a little shake.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 6
Serve with my cauliflower tacos or tacos/salad of choice! Also is a great addition to a grain bowl. Enjoy!
