Ingredients

Chicken
1 KiloChicken breast
cut to stripes
2 tspavocado oil
2 Tbspcornflour
gluten free
2 Tbspcoconut amino
½ tspbaking soda
For the gravy
3 Tbspolive oil
2Onions
cut to thin-to-medium
1can olives
organic, without pit - cut to quarters
6 clovesgarlic
crushed
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
¼ tsppaprika
¼ tspcilantro
grounded
⅛ tspcumin
⅛ tspchili flakes
1 ½ Tbspchicken soup powder
0.5 Tbsponion soup mix
2Cans of tomatoes
crushed, organic
4 Tbsptomato paste
½ cuppassata sauce
½ cupwater
hot
Instructions
Chicken
Step 1
Wash chicken breast and cut to strips
Step 2
In a bowl, put the other ingredients to make a sauce
Step 3
Mix the sauce to get a smooth texture
Step 4
Add in the chicken and mix it carefully
Step 5
Let it sit for 10+ minutes
Step 6
Cook the chicken on a pan, let it get brown on every side (and yet should remain a bit pink inside, since it’s going to be used in a hot sauce/stir-fry)
For the gravy
Step 7
Put oil in a pot, set to medium high, and let it get warm for a few minutes
Step 8
Put onion, mix it till it gets gold-brown
Step 9
Add garlic and spices (without soup powders) and mix
Step 10
Add tomatoes of all types
Step 11
Add hot water
Step 12
Add olives

Cook for a few minutes. Add garlic powder/soup mix/salt pepper if needed

Add the cooked chicken
Step 15
Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 10-20 minutes
