Instructions

Step 1
Combine half the flour with the salt and yeast and stir to blend. Add 1 cup water and 2 Tbl olive oil, mixing until smooth. Add remining flour gradually and begin to knead, adding just enough flour to keep dough from being sticky. Knead until smooth and moist, about 10 minutes
Step 2
Process for 30 seconds, adding more water 1 Tbl at a time until mixture is slightly sticky to touch and forms a ball
Step 3
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead by hand to form a ball. Grease a bowl with remaining oil and place dough in. Cover with plastic wrap or damp cloth and let rise in a warm area until it nearly doubles in size. (1-2 hours)
Step 4
When ready to cook, roll out dough into shape of pizza and add toppings. Heat oven to 500 degrees, cook 6-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
