Sourdough Bread
Easy to make sour dough bread. The hardest part is waiting for it to rise before baking.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients, kneading for 5 minutes
Step 2
Grease bowl with olive oil and place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap
Step 3
Place in warm place and let sit overnight
Step 4
2 hours before baking, place dough on floured cutting board and wet hands and shape dough into a ball, tucking sides under
Step 5
Let rise for 2 hours covered with towel
Step 6
Place a lidded Dutch oven inside oven and heat to 450 degrees
Step 7
When ready, slash top of dough with knife and place dough inside dutch oven and bake covered for 30 minutes and then 10 minutes uncovered
Step 8
Let cool 30 minutes before cutting
