Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°

Mix miso glaze ingredients together
Red misoRed miso¼ c
soy saucesoy sauce¼ c
maple syrupmaple syrup¼ c
rice vinegarrice vinegar¼ c

Place salmon in oven safe dish skin side down, pour miso glaze over salmon
Step 4
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until desired doneness
Step 5
Remove from oven and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds
