Instructions

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, ricotta, 8 oz mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and parsley.
Step 2
Cook sausage and hamburger. Drain the grease. Mix with spaghetti sauce.
Step 3
Layer in the pan - thin layer of just sauce, three noodles, cheese mixture, meat mixture. Repeat this 2 more times and top with remaining mozzarella.
Step 4
Bake @ 350° for one hour, covered
