or you can use light cream cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken for 3-4 mins on medium high heat till golden brown then lower the heat when adding the sauce and pasta
Step 2
- You can use cream cheese instead of yogurt for the sauce
Step 3
- Using fresh tomatoes instead of canned give a better flavour and less acidic taste
Step 4
- You can freeze these meals for weeks and reheat in a microwave or a pan, they last 4-5 days in the fridge
