Step 1
In a pan, drain the tuna oil. Add chopped garlic and chill. Once fragrant, add chopped onion. Sautee for a minute.
Step 2
Add red chili powder and tomato paste. Sautee till oil resurfaces.
Step 3
Add the tuna and break in into chunks. Mix well. Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat then add dried oregano and mix.
Step 4
Apply a thin layer of mayo on the bread slices and spread the tuna filling. Grill the sandwich.
