Step 1
Marinate pork with garlic, sugar, soy sauce and chilli paste then fry after half an hour
Step 2
Fry veg with garlic powder and black pepper, add mange tout after softened and kimchi if using
Step 3
Cook noodles and add to veg
Step 4
Fry egg and chop spring onions
Step 5
Serve up with spring onions
