Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water. Wait for 10 mins or until bloom. Bain marie on hot water to melt
Step 2
Heat (low) milk and sugar until hot but not boiling and sugar dissolve. Turn off heat and add gelatin mixture. Mix until combine
Step 3
Strain the mixture and pour into glass or mold. Let it cool and put into freezer
Step 4
Mix brown sugar and water. Heat (low) until boiling. Strain and let cool.
Step 5
Once the panna cotta is set, pour the cooled sauce and chill.
