Instructions

Step 1
Mix glaze together in saucepan and set aside. (Ketchup, Brown Sugar and Vinegar)

Heat oven to 350.

Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. (Cool) Mix eggs, thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, worcestershire, hot pepper and yogurt. Blend meat, and egg mixture, saltines and parsley. Form into loaf. Brush 1/4 glaze over loaf and wrap with bacon.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour until internal temperature is 160. Cool 20 minutes before serving with remaining glaze.
