Step 1
Add water, 1/2 onion, salt, oil, and 2 bay leaves. Allow water to come to a boil.
Step 2
Break noodles in half and place inside the bowling water.
Step 3
In the blender add 2 cups of water from pot once noodles are done, Roma tomatoes, Chipotle peppers, room temp cream cheese, ground cumin, chicken bouillon, and 1/2 onion. Blend until smooth. (tomato broth)
Step 4
Strain noodles and remove onions and bay leaves.
Step 5
Add butter into pot and allow to melt.
Step 6
Add tomato broth into pot and crema mexicana. Mix and bring broth to a summer. *taste for salt*
Step 7
Add spagettis into pot and mix with the sauce.
