Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic
Step 2
Add the tomato puree and flour and cook for 1 minute
Step 3
Add the water, thyme, wine and bouillon cube and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add the potato, lentils, mushrooms, carrot and vegetable stock.
Step 5
Add bay leaves and cover partially. Reduced to the lowest heat possible and let simmer for two hours.
Step 6
Serve with bread or rice and enjoy
