Step 1
Whisk honey, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper together in a lg bowl. Whisking constantly, slowly add oil until combined. Fold in radicchio and let sit until slightly softened, about 15 min.
Step 2
Add apple, arugula, and Parmesan to radicchio mixture and toss to combine. Season to taste. Transfer to serving platter and sprinkle with almonds.
