Chili Oil Gnocchi with Chinese Sausage

Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chinese sausage into strips.

In a pan over medium low heat, cook the sausages until they release oil and become slighty crispy (~4-6 minutes).

Once the sausages are crispy, remove the sausages from the oil.

Add in a tbsp of neutral oil into the pan.

Heat up the oil.
Step 6
Toss in the gnocchi and cook until they're slightly golden (~5-6 minutes).

Once the gnocchi are golden, toss in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (~30-60 seconds).

Once the garlic is fragrant, turn off the heat and quickly add in the chili oil.

Toss the gnocchi in the chili oil. Once the gnocchi are evenly coated in chili oil, add in the crispy sausages.

In a separate pan, fry a egg.

Cook to your liking.

Combine the fried egg and gnocchi on a plate.
