Instructions

Step 1
Rinse your rice
Step 2
Get a pot of water up to a boil And cook your rice for 3 minutes
Step 3
Drain And keep the rice in a fine mesh strainer
Step 4
Add 2 inches (5cm) of water in a large pot And bring it to a boil. Spread the rice evenly in the strainer And poke 5-8 holes through the rice with chopsticks or the back of a spoon.

Steam the rice for 15 minutes by putting the strainer over the top of the pot, covering it And putting a kitchen cloth around the corners (for isolation) (You can also use foil)

Prepare your other ingredients

For only egg And Green onion simple fried rice

Spread the rice on a plate

Scramble the eggs And season them with 1/8 tsp salt And 1/8 tsp sugar. chop the Green onions

On medium low heat put 1 tablespoon of the desired oil
Step 10
Drizzle the egg in while continously breaking it up for 3-4 minutes
Step 11
Put it to the side And put 1,5 tbsp of the desired oil in the pan and toss in your rice. Give the rice a quick fry And then mix everything together. Add the soy sauce And fry everything together.

Season your rice

Toss in chopped Green onions
Step 14
Give a quick mix and take it off the heat
