Instructions

Step 1
Combine the salt, both peppers and both paprikas in a small bowl. Season the pork on all sides with the spice mix then add the pork to the slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
Step 2
Set slow cooker for 5-7 hours on HI or 9-11 hours on LOW.
Step 3
When cooking has completed, carefully remove the pork to a large bowl and shred with two forks. Skim any fat from the surface of the sauce.
Step 4
Transfer the sauce from the slow cooker to a pot on the stove and reduce.
Step 5
Serve on rolls, topped with coleslaw, pickles, etc.
