Mashed Potatoes

6 cupswater

4 cupsalmond milk unsweetened
original

2 tspvegetable broth powder

2 ¼ tspsalt

½ cupdairy-free cream cheese

6 ⅔ cupspotato flakes
Meat mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Put water, milk, salt, and veggie broth powder in a large pot. Bring nearly to boiling (190-200 degrees).
Step 2
Turn off heat and add cream cheese and potato flakes. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
Spread meat substitute in glass 9x13 baking dish. Spread ground beef in 8x8 casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 4
In small mixing bowl, combine ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Divide, proportionally, between the two casserole dishes, and stir.
Step 5
Divide mashed potatoes, proportionally, between casserole dishes.
Step 6
Top ground beef dish with cheddar cheese. Top meat substitute dish with DF cheddar cheese.
Step 7
Bake until heated through and cheese is melting.
