Instructions
Step 1
Place frozen chicken, corn, Rotel, spices, and black beans in the pressure cooker. Mix together.
Step 2
Cook, high pressure, for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Allow a natural release for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Once done, remove chicken and shred.
Step 5
Set pressure cooker to keep warm and add in cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Mix until cream cheese is melted.
Step 6
Once cream cheese is melted add in shredded chicken.
