Step 1
Put the mince in a frying pan with a little water and mash well. Spray the frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook with the onion and garlic until brown. Add the red pepper, tomato purée, water, and spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Place the wraps on a flat surface and sprinkle one side with a bit of cheese. Spoon the beef mixture on to one half and top with cheese. Fold in half.
Step 3
Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. Place the wrap in the pan and press down. Cover with a lid and cook for 4 minutes or until brown. Flip over and repeat
