basic chilli, great for kids and serve with boild rice and/or tortilla wraps. leave out or reduce the chilli sauce to not make it too spicy. you could also sub the red kidney beans in chilli sauce with regular red kidney beans

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
Step 2
Add the sliced onions and fry for 5 mins or until softened.
Step 3
Stir in chilli sauce (if using), cumin, crushed garlic and beef and fry for 3 mins or until meat is brown, stirring occasionally
Step 4
Stir in the kidney beans and tomatoes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 mins stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with any or all of rice, nachos, guacamole or soured cream.
