2 cupsbrussel sprouts
quartered

10 ozpasta
i used, fresh pasta but trader joe’s brown rice quinoa noodles are great too

12 ozchicken sausage

sun dried tomatoes
to taste

balsamic glaze

For the pesto
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and begin to prepare brussel sprouts. Wash, quarter, then season with olive oil/salt/pepper. Place brussel sprouts in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the brussel sprouts then place in the oven for another 20 minutes. In a food processor or a high speed blender combine all pesto ingredients. Blend until we’ll combined. Chop up chicken sausage and cook in an oiled pan until golden brown. Cook pasta until al dente. Combine Brussel sprouts, pasta, sun dried tomatoes, and pesto into the chicken sausage pan. Top with Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze
