Ingredients

Energy Ball Base
1 ¼ cupsrolled oats
2 Tbspseeds
chia, flax, hemp
½ cupsnut butter

⅓ cupsweetener

1 tspvanilla
¼ tspsalt
½ cupmix-ins

Classic Chocolate Chip
Trail Mix
3 Tbspchocolate chips
3 Tbsppeanuts
chopped
2 Tbspraisins
Use peanut butter as nut butter and honey as sweetener, as above
White Chocolate Cranberry
¼ cupdried cranberries
¼ cupwhite chocolate chips
use peanut or cashew butter as nut butter and honey as sweetener, as above
Almond Joy
½ cupunsweetened coconut flakes
replace 1/2 cup oatmeal as above with the flakes
¼ cupchocolate chips
¼ cupalmonds
chopped, use almond butter as nut butter and either honey or syrup as sweetener
Double Chocolate
Oatmeal Raisin Cookie
Instructions
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 2
If the mixture seems too wet, add a bit more oats. If it’s too dry, add a bit more nut butter.
Step 3
It should resemble a somewhat sticky dough that holds together when lightly squeezed.
Step 4
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set
Step 5
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and portion the dough into balls of desired size. (1”)
Step 6
Store leftover energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
