These are so much fun! Create from left overs or combine whatever you have in the fridge. It is all about color and loads of different foods combined together. We also snuck in some of those super dooper Nigella Seeds into this one!

1carrot
cut with a peeler to make twirls
8roasted walnuts
lightly roast in the oven on grill, being careful not to burn them
kale
½ cupbutternut
prepared earlier
1radish
cut into a fan
0.5avocado
cut into a fan
nigella seeds
Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the Kale in the dressing for 30minutes
Step 2
Create a layering effect by starting with the Tabbouleh
Step 3
Top with carrot, walnuts, kale, butternut, radish and avocado - plus of course those super dooper Nigella Seeds!
