Step 1
Fry bacon and set to the side. Save a small portion of the bacon grease for sautéing the shrimp and scallops. Rinse the scallops and shrimp and pat dry. Add garlic and shrimp and saute until almost done. Add scallops, turning after about 45 seconds each side. Remove shrimp and scallops. Add half and half, cheese, chicken broth and parsley. Simmer until cheese is completely melted and add seafood, crumbled bacon and tomatoes. Serve sauce over your favorite pasta.
