Feed starter
Step 1
Add cup of flour and water. Add starter. Stir and leave for 3ish hours. Divide in two and store half in the fridge.

Step 2
Add flour, buckwheat flour, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, salt and water. Give gentle stir. Pour into oiled Dutch oven and let sit covered for 6-8 hours or overnight (be careful to not over rise)

Cook for 40mins at 230°C covered and then 15mins uncovered (or until a nice crust forms).
