Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven or air fryer to 150 degrees. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with both salt and black pepper.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients for the marinade which are, oil, paprika, smoked paprika, tarragon, brown sugar, honey, rice wine vinegar and mustard in a small bowl. Use a cooking brush, to apply only half of the marinade on both sides of the meat.

Step 3
Put the chicken skin side down and bake for 20 minutes at 150 degrees
Step 4
After those 20 minutes take it out and apply the remaining marinade with the cooking brush. Put it back in skin side up for another 20 minutes and it’s ready to serve!
