Instructions

Step 1
Slice mushrooms
Step 2
Marinade in olive oil, half the tap of garlic powder, paprika, basil, red chili flakes and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
In blender mix 1/2cup milk, low fat cream cheese and 1/2 tsp of parmesan, garlic powder, basil, red chili flakes. Blend until super smooth
Step 4
Cook mushrooms or chicken for 4 mins in pan. Lower heat and add the sauce. Add a handful of spinach and cover for a couple minutes, mix together and let it thicken slightly for another 5 minutes
Step 5
Serve on top of rice. (Follow instructions on your rice packet for cooking)
