1onion
large, grated

2eggs

2garlic cloves
finely chopped

1 tspworcestershire sauce

ยผ cuptomato sauce

2 tspdried parsley

1 tspdried thyme

2beef bouillon cubes
crumbled

1 tspblack pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Oil/spray a loaf tin
Step 2
๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Mix together in a small bowl and set aside

๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฎ๐ณ: Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Grate over onion. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well using hands. Form into a loaf shape, pinching together then smoothing creases and cracks

Transfer into loaf tin. Brush generously with glaze
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush once again. If there is excess fat pooling, scoop out
Step 7
Bake for a further 30 minutes. Remove from oven
Step 8
Stand for 10 minutes to cool before turning out and cut into thick slices
