Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Oil/spray a loaf tin
Step 2
๐—š๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜‡๐—ฒ: Mix together in a small bowl and set aside
Step 3
๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ณ: Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Grate over onion. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well using hands. Form into a loaf shape, pinching together then smoothing creases and cracks
Step 5
Transfer into loaf tin. Brush generously with glaze
Step 6
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and brush once again. If there is excess fat pooling, scoop out
Step 7
Bake for a further 30 minutes. Remove from oven
Step 8
Stand for 10 minutes to cool before turning out and cut into thick slices
