Add everything into a container

Cover and let it rest for a day

Add all ingredients into the bowl.

Mix it by working and pinching.

Pull it to see if gluten developed.

Cover and let it ride for 2 hours. Fold it every 30 minutes.
Prep your dough

Oil your loaf pan.

Flour the bowl and your board.

De-gas your dough.

Pull and fold your dough into a square.
Step 12
Roll it like a burrito to fit your loaf pan.

Put into your loaf pan, cover and let it rest for an hour.

Score your dough.
Baking
Step 15
Pre-heat oven.

Step 16
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.

Let it cool.
